The portfolio of projects up for sale has a combined electricity capacity of 380 MW that is expected to come online late 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">The Egypt connection:<\/span><span style=\"\"> EFG Holding\u2019s clean energy investment platform Vortex Energy signed <\/span><span>an agreement in 2021 to <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/65a8fe4f-1dec-49a2-b755-187b7dec50cc\" style=\"\">invest EUR 625 mn<\/a><\/span><span> in the company for what media reported was a 49% stake. Vortex is making incremental equity investments in the firm, announcing separate <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/e38d5e96-ec7c-46c6-84d4-cf04f8d47e24\" style=\"\">EUR 222 mn<\/a><\/span><span> and <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/51596a97-9bab-416d-aed4-c225030e49eb\" style=\"\">EUR 46 mn<\/a><\/span><span> commitments during 2022.
