The financial services firm\u2019s revenues rose 117% y-o-y to EGP 1.6 bn during the quarter.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Growth across the board:<\/span><span style=\"\"> Revenues at CI Capital\u2019s investment bank, leasing arm Corplease, <\/span><span>and mortgage finance platform CI Mortgage Finance more than doubled y-o-y. Corplease accounted for <\/span><span>almost 60%<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> of the firm\u2019s topline, with revenues rising 143% to EGP 946 mn. Each of CI Capital\u2019s NBFS arms saw solid portfolio growth, driving the company\u2019s total on-balance sheet financing portfolio to EGP 19.6 bn, up 45% on 1Q 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">CI Capital\u2019s investment bank \u201cposted a stellar performance,\u201d <\/span><span style=\"\">the release read. Revenues <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">saw a 117% y-o-y jump to EGP 274 mn during the quarter, with the bank advising on a number of high-profile transactions. CI Capital Asset Management saw its assets under management quadruple to EGP 56.9 bn while the company\u2019s brokerage posted EGP 152 mn in revenues, up 135% from last year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">What they said: <\/span><span style=\"\">\u201cCI Capital posted yet another record quarter, kicking off the year with a solid <\/span><span>set of financial results that reflect the resilience and flexibility of the group\u2019s business model in the face of market challenges.
