The rebrand \u201creflects EFG Holding\u2019s growth from one of Egypt\u2019s first pure-play, independent investment banks to what is now a financial powerhouse with the ability to serve people of all income levels and companies of all sizes,\u201d the statement read. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">There will be no changes to the company\u2019s management structure or day-to-day operations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> on the back of the rebrand, the statement notes, adding that its three verticals will continue to work in tandem with one another. They are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Investment banking firm <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\">EFG Hermes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">, which operates across frontier and emerging markets;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>NBFI platform <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\">EFG Finance<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">, which includes leasing and factoring company EFG Corp-Solutions, microfinance provider Tanmeyah, and mortgage finance firm Bedaya, among others.
