The Finance Ministry is currently finalizing the procedures to bring the bonds to market.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Why the delay? <\/span><span style=\"\">The issuance was initially slated for the <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/76937c25-3c19-442b-995a-5cf50812c220\" style=\"\">first quarter of 2023<\/a><\/span><span style=\"\"> but \u201ccurrent <\/span><span style=\"\">international market conditions made it difficult to issue new bonds during the current fiscal year,\u201d Maait told <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/435CW7k\" style=\"\">Al Mal<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">.
