The company has had only one person on its audit committee since April when <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/6be72200-1ddf-4f64-ac58-c4a6e9209b30\" style=\"\">two of its members resigned<\/a><\/span><span>, putting it in breach of a Nasdaq rule that requires firms to have at least three people on the committee. The exchange <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/investors.swvl.com\/node\/8076\/html\" style=\"\">warned the firm<\/a><\/span><span> earlier this month<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> that it has until 15 June to appoint two new members to the committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Ismail has more than 30 years of leadership experience in international companies:<\/span><span style=\"\"> Ismail <\/span><span>spent 20 years at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Procter &amp; Gamble before occupying senior positions at PepsiCo Egypt. He is currently board chairman at Endeavour Egypt and Mountain View, a member of the strategic advisory board at AUC and a board member at Kazyon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\">Former assistant tourism minister <span style=\"font-weight:700\">Lamia Kamel<\/span> (<span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/lamia-kamel-a8747a13\/\" style=\"\">LinkedIn<\/a><\/span>) has joined the<span style=\"font-weight:700\"> Orascom <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Development Egypt<\/span> board as a <span style=\"font-weight:700\">non executive member<\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/42TUh33\" style=\"\">Al Mal reported<\/a><\/span>. Kamel was assistant tourism minister between 2021 and 2022 and she also founded two local PR agencies, <span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/cc-plus-egypt\/\" style=\"\">CC Plus<\/a><\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/showcase\/narrativesummit\/\" style=\"\">Narrative PR<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">.
