The issuance came in three tranches with tenors ranging from 13-53 months and ratings of AA+, AA, and A by the Middle East Rating and Investors Service (MERIS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Who bought in? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Banque du Caire and Arab African International Bank were underwriters on the issuance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">More to come:<\/span><span style=\"\"> This was the first issuance in a EGP 5 bn program, Dreny & Partners, whic<\/span><span style=\"\">h <\/span><span>provided counsel on the transaction, said in <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/drenyandpartners_drenyandpartners-team-legal-activity-7064990887096819712-4JP6\/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios\" style=\"\">a statement<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Advisors:<\/span><span> CI Capital was the financial advisor, the issuance manager, and lead arranger for the issuance. Banque du Caire and Arab African International Bank were the promoters.
