The three-tranche issuance is backed by an EGP 1.1 bn portfolio of receivables <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">and has tenors ranging between 24-52 months. The bonds were rated AA+, AA, and A by the Middle East Rating and Investors Service (MERIS). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Who bought in?<\/span><span style=\"\"> The National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, CIB, United Bank, Arab Banking Corporation and Attijariwafa Bank all subscribed to the <\/span><span style=\"\">transcation<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Advisors:<\/span><span style=\"\"> Aur Capital and Al Ahly Pharos were the bookrunners and arrangers for the issuance. KPMG acted as the auditor, Banque Misr was the custodian, while <\/span><span style=\"\">Alieldien Weshahi & Partners<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> acted as the legal
