Fine didn\u2019t disclose the value of the transaction. It said Easy would be \u201cfully integrated\u201d into its portfolio. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">The acquisition includes Easy Care for Cosmetics and New Easy for Cosmetics<\/span><span> \u2014 together referred to as Easy.
