We\u2019re a week into Ramadan \u2014 can you cover 100 km before the month is over?<\/span> Participate in the Trifactory\u2019s<\/span>Ramadan Virtual Running Challenge<\/a><\/span> and try to run (or walk) 100 km by the end of the month. Proceeds from participants\u2019 tickets will be donated directly to Misr El Kheir for its annual Ramadan campaign to feed less fortunate families. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Cairo Opera House is bringing us an <\/span>instrumental version of Ramadan dramas\u2019<\/a><\/span>theme songs<\/a><\/span>.<\/span> Maestro Ahmed Amer and his orchestra are performing tonight at 9:30pm \u2014 doors open at 8:30. The tickets are available online <\/span>here<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Get moving after iftar with <\/span>Trifactory\u2019s Relay Run<\/a><\/span> this Wednesday, 5 April in <\/span>Palm Hills Club<\/a><\/span>, 6<\/span> October. <\/span>Call up four buddies for a 2-hour (non-konafa-related) competition to run as many laps as possible. For the young and not so young, <\/span>Goha in Beit Yakan<\/a><\/span> in <\/span>Al Darb El Labbana<\/a><\/span> puts on a<\/span> show adapting Goha\u2019s famous anecdotes<\/span>, along with other short scenes from Egyptian folklore with enduring messages. The production will run this Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with ticket proceeds going to public sector children\u2019s hospitals.
