NPH is now offering to purchase at least 75% of Pachin for EGP 37.75 per share, up from its previous offer of EGP 36 per share. NPH\u2019s latest bid for the company values Pachin at EGP 906 mn, according to our math. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">LATER TODAY- The Central Bank of Egypt\u2019s Monetary Policy is meeting to review interest<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"> rates.<\/span><span> Six of seven analysts <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/b95d2004-21e9-43a6-a002-cb9dc58d442e\" style=\"\">we polled<\/a><\/span><span> expect the Monetary Policy Committee to hike <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\">rates by at least 200 bps<\/span><span> as it tries to tamp down inflation and boost FX liquidity amid continued pressure on the EGP.
