The bond was issued in a 10-month tranche with a \u201cprime one\u201d rating and a 36-month tranche with an \u201cA\u201d rating from Middle East Rating Services (MERIS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Premium is nearly 75% through its EGP 2 bn program: <\/span><span style=\"\">The company has securitized EGP 1.5 bn of its receivables portfolio since it kicked off a EGP 2 bn program in <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2019\/10\/30\/raya-signs-off-on-issuing-securitized-bonds-worth-egp-500-mn\/\" style=\"\">October 2019<\/a><\/span><span style=\"\">. This issuance \u2014 the eighth in the program \u2014 follows on from a <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/a4c068c5-e5af-4d15-9745-a7c73ec1ac73\" style=\"\">EGP 202 mn issuance<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> in December. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Advisors: <\/span><span style=\"\">EFG Hermes ran the show, acting as the sole financial advisor, sole transaction manager, and bookrunner, underwriter, and arranger on the issuance. Arab African International Bank was <\/span><span style=\"\">mandate<\/span><span style=\"\">d lead arranger and underwriter, and Banque Misr acted as an underwriting bank and the custodian bank. aiBank<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">also subscribed to the transaction.
