O<\/span><span style=\"\">DE attributed the figures<\/span><span style=\"\"> to rising property pric<\/span><span style=\"\">es, w<\/span><span style=\"\">hich caused real estate revenues to rise <\/span><span>42% y-o-y to EGP 7.3 bn<\/span><span>, as well as improved performance from its<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> hotel and town management segments. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Net real estate sales hit an all-time high during the year<\/span><span style=\"\">, rising <\/span><span style=\"\">21% y-o-y to EGP 11.1 bn \u2014 <\/span><span>the highest sales figures in ODE\u2019s history \u2014 after the c<\/span><span>ompany hiked prices<\/span><span> by up to <\/span><span>25%<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">.
