TCV aims to acquire stakes of up to 49% in the firms, which it will acquire through capital increases rather than buying from existing shareholders, he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Some clues: <\/span><span style=\"\">The two food firms each have annual sales in the range of <\/span><span style=\"\"> EGP 500 mn - EGP 1 <\/span><span style=\"\">bn and significant hard currency income streams from exports, the newspaper quotes him as saying.The company plans to exit both firms \u201cafter several years,\u201d he added.
