The statement says the system will be compatible with Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, among other e-wallets. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Bac<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\">kground: <\/span><span>The CBE\u2019s move is part of the government\u2019s drive to move towards a cashless economy.
