The offer values the company at some EGP 816 mn, according to our math. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Shareholders are expecting more competitive offers to roll in: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">The two other bidders for Pachin \u2014 Compass Capital and Eagle Chemicals \u2014 are still wrapping up due diligence on the firm and are expected to submit their own MTOs. Pachin shareholders expect the two firms to submit competitive offers that could force NPH to revise its own bid, sparking a fresh bidding war for the company, Al Mal\u2019s sources reportedly said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">All three bidders submitted offers for the firm last year<\/span><span> but said they would revise them after <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2023\/02\/15\/privatization-update-united-bank-helwan-fertilizers-pachin-96899\/\" style=\"\">Pachin was included<\/a><\/span><span> in the list of 32 state-owned firms up for stake sales under the Madbouly government\u2019s privatization program. Our friends at <\/span><span>Compass Capital<\/span><span> had <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2023\/01\/05\/another-bidder-joins-the-war-for-pachin-92920\/\" style=\"\">offered to buy 51-90%<\/a><\/span><span> of the company\u2019s shares at EGP 30.00 apiece while <\/span><span>Eagle Chemicals<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2022\/12\/27\/the-bidding-war-for-pachin-is-heating-up-again-92279\/\" style=\"\">offered EGP 29.50<\/a><\/span><span> for up to 100% of the company<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Advisors:<\/span><span> Al Ahly Pharos is advising Pachin, while Shalakany Law Office is counsel.
