R<\/span><span style=\"\">evenues were up 23% y-o-y to EGP 32.9 bn, backed by a<\/span><span style=\"\"> comparable rise <\/span><span style=\"\">in net interest income. The bank\u2019s loan portfolio grew by <\/span><span style=\"\">more than a third<\/span><span style=\"\"> over the course of 2022 to reach EGP 222 bn. Deposits were<\/span><span style=\"\"> also up by almost a third<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> y-o-y to EGP 530 bn, led by an 18% rise in local currency deposits.
