tender: <\/span><span style=\"\">The <\/span><span>shareholders of state-owned Heliopolis Housing approved on Saturday the company\u2019s decision to scrap plans to co-develop its Heliopark project in New Cairo with Mountain View, according to a <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ent.news\/2023\/2\/Heliopolis-Housing-Heliopark-Tender.pdf\" style=\"\">bourse filing (pdf).<\/a><\/span><span> The company\u2019s board chose Mountain View a year ago in a tender to find a partner to co-develop Heliopark, only to <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2023\/01\/24\/heliopolis-housing-is-putting-its-heliopark-project-back-out-to-tender-94364\/\" style=\"\">call the agreement off in with <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2023\/01\/17\/hccd-reportedly-in-talks-to-sell-land-to-gulf-investors-93738\/\" style=\"\">Gulf investors<\/a><\/span><span> who are interested in investing in Heliopark.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700;\">FINTECH-<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight:700\">Contact <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Financial Holding<\/span><span> under an agreement between the two firms, according to an <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ent.news\/2023\/2\/eKhales-and-Contact-Partnership-19-2-2023-EN.pdf\" style=\"\">EGX<\/a><\/span><span
