Sherif will continue to serve on the board as a non-executive board member. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Sherif spent eight years at the helm of the company<\/span><span style=\"\">, following <\/span><span style=\"\">C-suite roles at Palm Hills <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">Developments, Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Hyde Park Developments. During his tenure, the company quadrupled its sales and grew its land bank to become one of the largest companies in the market, according to the disclosure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Former SODIC COO Ayman Amer (<\/span><span style=\"-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;font-weight:700;text-decoration-skip-ink:none\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ayman-amer-b391343a\/\" style=\"\">LinkedIn<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\">) is replacing Sherif<\/span><span style=\"\"> <\/span><span style=\"\">at the head of SODIC with <\/span><span style=\"\">the new title of general manager <\/span><span style=\"\">as of 15 February.
