The talks come after the Sovereign Fund of Egypt and the QIA <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/79ce7f1b-589c-431f-9ed7-47f9a283f787\">inked an agreement<\/a> to cooperate on ports last September.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE BIG STORY ABROAD<\/strong>- <strong>Another rate cut for Turkey: <\/strong>The country has cut its benchmark interest rate down to 9% \u2014 despite annual inflation of over 85% \u2014 in response to president Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019s call to bring rates down to the single digits before the end of the year.
