Holding<\/strong> (MIH) after Basel El Hini submitted his resignation as MD and non-exec chair of the state-owned company, the Public Enterprises Ministry <a href=\"https:\/\/ent.news\/2023\/1\/New-MIH.pdf\">said (pdf)<\/a> over the weekend. Mahran has some 35 years of experience in the ins. industry and has been the managing director of Allianz Egypt for more than a decade.The ministry also appointed <strong>Assem Ragab<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/assem-ragab-b5985770\/\">LinkedIn<\/a>) as the company\u2019s non-executive chairman. Ragab, the Mubarak-era head of GAFI, has been vice chairman of QNB Al Ahli since May 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kelma Akhira\u2019s Lamees El Hadidy had high praise for El Hini\u2019s accomplishments<\/strong> during his tenure at MIH (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=daJgNGHoa-k\">watch, runtime: 5:08<\/a>).
