<\/a> Former Beltone Financial executives are launching new fintech startup <\/strong>Invia<\/a><\/strong>, which will provide financial services to informal small businesses that have limited access to financing, the National<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

Behind the company:<\/strong> Yehia Ashour (LinkedIn<\/a>), former CEO and co-founder of Beltone\u2019s SME unit; Ahmed Zeinhom (LinkedIn<\/a>), Beltone SME\u2019s former chief investment officer; and Omar Aboulmagd (LinkedIn<\/a>), Beltone SME\u2019s former investment director.<\/p>\n

What they said:<\/strong> \u201cWe want to localize the value chain and develop the companies that will make this country less dependent on imports,\u201d Ashour told the newspaper. \u201cWith the economic conditions in Egypt, specifically, the solution we need is to make the small businesses bigger, and especially the small manufacturing businesses.\u201d<\/p>\n
