The authority has granted East Gate the deadline to compensate it after its work was suspended for years due to <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/7861345f-c750-41d3-81a9-fbc6bdbaa1aa\">a legal dispute<\/a>. The new deadline comes a month after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shorouknews.com\/news\/view.aspx?cdate=22102022&id=517be776-bc44-415e-b80e-4039d4a00421\">the newspaper reported<\/a> that East Gate secured a EGP 2 bn loan from the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr to finance the second phase of the City Gate project.
