DISPUTE WATCH- Edita Food Industries has begun <\/strong>legal proceedings<\/a><\/strong> against <\/strong>Greek food manufacturer <\/strong>Chipita<\/a><\/strong> at the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration over a contractual dispute relating to a manufacturing and technical services agreement signed in 2011, according to an EGX disclosure (pdf)<\/a>. Edita management claims the company received no technical support from Chipita (pdf<\/a>) during the agreement, which was worth EUR 150k each year. The contract was signed in 2011, amended in 2013 and annulled in 2016.<\/p>\n
