Meanwhile, the appointment of Markos Tekle Rike, Ethiopia\u2019s new ambassador, and Mohamed Elias Mohamed as Sudan\u2019s new envoy comes as ongoing negotiations<\/a>over the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam remain at an impasse<\/a>.<\/p>\n
