CABINET WATCH- Vocational schools<\/strong> accreditation body receives cabinet approval: <\/strong>A draft law recently drawn up<\/a> to establish a government body to accredit institutions offering technical learning and training programs received a nod from the Madbouly cabinet in its weekly meeting yesterday, according to a statement<\/a>. Government schools and private institutions, which will both be under the authority\u2019s oversight, will have no more than five years to meet the authority\u2019s quality standards and obtain accreditation once the bill makes it through the House of Representatives and its executive regulations are published. A proposal to set up an Egyptian-Sudanese livestock farming JV was also approved \u201cin principle\u201d <\/strong>at yesterday\u2019s meeting. The company will be jointly owned by Egypt\u2019s Holding Company for Food Industries (HCFI) and Sudan\u2019s Etegahat Group<\/a>.
