Three foreign artificial intelligence outfits are closing in on agreements with the Ministry of Communications and IT, according to a ministry statement<\/a>. The agreements include a letter of intent with France\u2019s TheraPanacea<\/a> to use AI to develop radiotherapy and the evaluation of immunotherapy protocols for cancer patients.
