Americana Egypt is transferring ownership to the Emirati outfit, which last month purchased<\/a> the remaining 9.6% of the company for EGP 6.32 per share in a mandatory tender offer. Americana Egypt\u2019s board of directors earlier this month approved delisting the company\u2019s shares<\/a> from the bourse after its minority shareholders approved Adeptio\u2019s offer price in July<\/a>.
