MOVES- <\/strong>Current COO Ahmed El Hoshy<\/a><\/strong> will become CEO of Netherlands-based nitrogen and methanol giant OCI NV <\/strong>while Hassan Badrawi<\/a><\/strong> will take responsibility for the company\u2019s M&A activities in addition to his role as CFO. The moves come as founder Nassef Sawiris <\/strong>becomes executive chairman of the board, letting go of the CEO post, the company said in a statement (pdf)<\/a>. Michael Bennett<\/a> will become the new non-executive co-chairman and senior independent director, while Sipko Schat<\/a> has been named vice chairman of the board. All changes are effective starting 1 August 2020.
