Botswana<\/strong> \u2014 with its sizable stockpile of foreign reserves, low debt pile and booming mining sector \u2014 is sitting pretty as the strongest emerging-market economy. Venezuela and Lebanon<\/strong> \u2014 with perilously high levels of debt, high borrowing costs and depleted reserves \u2014 languish at the bottom of the heap.
