The Interior Ministry <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2019\/03\/26\/traffic-authorities-to-impose-electronic-sticker-on-vehicles-2\/\">recently required<\/a> car owners to attach encoded stickers to windshields in a move that followed <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2017\/10\/19\/cabinet-approves-new-traffic-law-discusses-plans-to-curb-population-growth\/\">amendments to the Traffic Act<\/a>.
