The House of Representatives approved draft changes to raise the ceiling of pensionable income for military employees in a plenary session on Tuesday, and referred them to the Council of State (Maglis El Dawla) for a final legal review. The changes bring a 1975 law on military pensions in line with the recently passed<\/a> Social Security and Pensions Act, according to a House report cited by Al Shorouk<\/a>.
