What are the prospects of peace?<\/strong> El Hekaya\u2019s Amr Adib rang up Hussein Kneiber, a Berlin-based reporter for Al Arabiya, who said that the conference would focus on disarming the militias through a Libyan security committee, in addition to forming an international committee to supervise the implementation of a ceasefire. Kneiber did not sound very optimistic about the outcome, saying that there are limited expectations for this conference given that there may not be direct talks between the two Libyan rivals Fayez Al Serraj and General Khalifa Haftar (watch, runtime: 2:43)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Adib also spoke with the spokesman for Haftar\u2019s Libyan National Army<\/strong>, Maj. Gen.
