The offer values ANFI at EGP 29.9 mn. This comes shortly after Compass was said to be eyeing <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/638a56f1-f7ea-4584-b0d3-09bad23b1057\">90% of ANFI<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who else is bidding? <\/strong>Compass is competing with a number of bidders to acquire ANFI, with the latest offer coming from <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/4871b8d6-2744-4108-af2b-d3ef0dc80a02\">Tycoon Holding<\/a>, which wants to acquire a 90% stake for EGP 5.60 per share. Hong Kong\u2019s Zeta Investments also launched last week an<a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/d8b832c1-0280-4875-9ef1-e16439b68a93\">MTO for 90% of ANFI<\/a> at EGP 5.48 per share. Then there\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/5e92d627-df3f-439a-b32a-8f7183ef4cd6\">Kayan Sustainable Development<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/dfe3135e-1f51-4fb6-963b-163a781a6adf\">Zaldi Capital<\/a>, and a group of investors including Egyptian businessman Ahmed El Saba and Saudi Arabia\u2019s Mostafa El Humeidan, who all expressed an interest in buying a stake in the company.
