The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/b86a18dc-8bc2-4df9-ac7e-1bdf9f627606\">gave on Thursday<\/a> the all-clear for the new company\u2019s registration and trading on the EGX, which comes as part of Egyptian Iron and Steel\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/9bad9da9-4715-4ca2-af68-dc753167b285\">two-year<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/9bad9da9-4715-4ca2-af68-dc753167b285\">liquidation process<\/a> that includes spinning off its mining operations into Iron and Steel for Mines and Quarries. A date to when the new company\u2019s shares will be listed is yet to be announced.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MARKET ROUNDUP-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The EGX30 fell 0.47% at today\u2019s close<\/strong> on turnover of EGP 1.75 bn (27.7% above the 90-day average). Local investors were net sellers.
