God knows there\u2019s an upside: <\/strong>\u201cWorkers think being able to work from home two or three <\/strong>days <\/strong>a week is as valuable as a pay rise of about 8%,\u201d<\/strong> Pilita Clark writes in her latest column for the Financial Times.<\/p>\n

But there\u2019s also a catch: \u201c<\/strong>Mixed mode is a complete horror\u201d <\/strong>\u2014 a toxic stew of communications problems, missed opportunties and discrimination against remote workers.<\/p>\n
