Holding (MIH) has signed an agreement with the International Finance Corp<\/strong>oration (IFC) that\u2019s expected to open up more posts for women<\/strong> at the state-owned non-bank lender, the company said in an emailed statement. Under the agreement, an IFC advisory team will work with MIH \u201cto identify the gaps between female and male employees in the company\u2019s workforce,\u201d as well as eye out challenges and prospects to boost female recruitment and retention, the statement reads. This would help introduce policies within MIH supportive of women\u2019s career growth and a higher number of women across all company functions.<\/p>\n
