The expected release of the Ever Given this Wednesday topped discussion on the talk <\/strong>shows last night:<\/strong> Kelma Akhira\u2019s Lamees El Hadid tackled the widely circulated yet non-official details on the settlement agreement including the USD 540 mn compensation and a newly manufactured tugboat to be delivered to the Suez Canal Authority (watch, runtime 8:59<\/a>). The agreement and adjourning the hearing on Ever Given compensation case to 11 July was covered by Ala Mas'ouleety's Ahmed Moussa (watch, runtime 36:05<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Record-setting?<\/strong> The compensation value marks the highest ever paid for a maritime accident, El Hadidi claimed.
