We\u2019ll be back in your inboxes at our usual time on Sunday morning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT\u2019S HAPPENING TODAY-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a id=\"tldr-story-05\" class=\"content-anchor\"><\/a> <strong>Egypt received the third and final tranche of its USD 5.2 bn standby loan from the <\/strong><strong>IMF<\/strong> a couple of days after the Fund\u2019s executive board <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/0d21662d-0829-49ce-bfe2-4e3cc3e78f80\">greenlit<\/a> its disbursal last week, CBE Deputy Governor Ramy Aboul Naga said during a webinar, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3h4ffql\">Masrawy<\/a>. The disbursal of the USD 1.6 bn tranche completes the 12-month program, which was <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/e4b88b68-45c9-4f66-bbba-1e8999ee8f3f\">signed off on last June<\/a> to support our public finances and economy through the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"tldr-story-06\" class=\"content-anchor\"><\/a> <strong>The nation\u2019s<\/strong><strong> first-ever corporate green bond issuance looks like it\u2019s <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/f4cf899a-5dc1-43b3-b56c-4abca1662ce4\">going be<\/a><\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/f4cf899a-5dc1-43b3-b56c-4abca1662ce4\">given the all-clear<\/a><\/strong><strong> from regulators today.<\/strong> The identity of the seller is yet to be officially unveiled, but the only firm we know that has plans to issue the climate-linked securities is CIB, <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/00d6c9a2-72c7-4dce-8957-52ce5b25c1a0\">which has been planning a sale since last year<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Cairo International Book Fair opens its doors at the Egypt International Exhibition <\/strong><strong>Center today.<\/strong> The two-week event will run through to 15 July.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It seems that Tigray rebels aren\u2019t ready to put down their weapons:<\/strong> Tigray rebels have denounced the <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/f2825796-ac8b-4b4a-b8e8-a0ffccacb47d\">Ethiopian government\u2019s unilateral ceasefire declaration<\/a> as a \u201csick joke\u201d and have vowed to push government troops out of the region, a spokesperson told <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/eritrea-ethiopia-africa-9889b4c3692aaeb16b9165763d19303a\">the Associated Press<\/a> yesterday.
