Mending fences?<\/strong> The uneasy relationship between Dbeibeh \u2014 who since February has served as the country\u2019s interim prime minister ahead of elections later this year \u2014 and Haftar \u2014 Tripoli\u2019s main rival in the country\u2019s recent civil war \u2014 were hinted at in April, after the PM had to cancel a visit<\/a> to the eastern city of Benghazi when his security team were sent back from the airport.<\/p>\n
