Odin will raise Alpha\u2019s capital to EGP 100 mn, and maintain its current management structure, he said, adding that the acquisition supports Odin\u2019s ambitions to become an integrated investment bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s in the pipeline? <\/strong>Odin has plans to establish three funds, one each for real estate, minerals and SMEs, he added. Odin said in January that it would set up four <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/97d049e6-a61e-4b0c-889d-f141f384cee9\">investment funds, each with AUM of about<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/97d049e6-a61e-4b0c-889d-f141f384cee9\">EGP 500 mn<\/a>, by the end of 2021<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other things we\u2019re keeping an eye on this morning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Egypt <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EgyptianCabinet\/posts\/145165290987233\">will invest EGP 3 bn<\/a><\/strong><strong> to establish what it says will be the larges<\/strong><strong>t <\/strong><strong>medical complex in northern <\/strong><strong>Egypt in Suez<\/strong>, providing medical services to beneficiaries of the universal healthcare scheme.
