The ongoing talks over the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam in the DRC Kinshasa also <\/strong>got attention last night<\/strong>. <\/strong>El Hekaya\u2019s Amr Adib described the talks as the \u201clast chance\u201d to reach an agreement after 10 years of failed attempts.
