The acquisition will be financed through a capital increase, provided it gets EGM approval.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work is underway on building the world\u2019s largest spinning factory which is <\/strong><strong>expected to be operational in the summer of 2022<\/strong>, Public Enterprises Minister Hisham Tawfik said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3cLA8Ve\">statement<\/a>.
