Egypt and Sudan putting up a united front on the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) could change the power balance in the negotiations<\/strong>, as the two countries are coordinating more closely than ever before since the talks over the dam began several years ago, Kelma Akhira\u2019s Lamees El Hadidi said (watch, runtime: 8:43<\/a>).
