The Health Ministry reported 189 new covid-19 infections yesterday<\/strong>, up from 184 the day before. Egypt has now disclosed a total of 286,541 confirmed cases of covid-19. The ministry also reported 5 new deaths, bringing the country\u2019s total death toll to 16,676.<\/p>\n

The Pfizer \/ BioNTech covid-19 vaccine has become the first to receive full FDA <\/strong>approval<\/strong>, replacing the emergency use authorization granted by the agency last December<\/a>, according to a statement<\/a>. The vaccine will now be marketed as Comirnaty, and remains available under emergency use authorization 12-15 years olds.
