Firms recorded a surge in purchasing activity in August off the back of an uptick in demand, as well as growing concern that rising raw material prices could keep income muted down the line.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#2 Four Egyptian startups have secured USD 125k each in seed funding in June, July and <\/strong><strong>August<\/strong> in funding rounds all led by US accelerator Y combinator, Magnitt <a href=\"https:\/\/magnitt.com\/news\/mena-based-startups-125k-seed-52854\">reports<\/a>. The startups include Cairo-based delivery service <a href=\"https:\/\/shipblu.com\/\">ShipBlu<\/a>, ins. marketplace <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amenli.com\/\">amenli<\/a>, SaaS startup <a href=\"https:\/\/pylonump.com\/\">Pylon<\/a> and online auto-marketplace <a href=\"https:\/\/www.odiggo.com.eg\/\">Odiggo<\/a>, which had recently secured USD 2.2 mn funding. The company has set a price range between SAR 136 and SAR 151 per share.
