<\/a> The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (SFE) is working to launch a technology-focused <\/strong>sub-fund<\/strong>, CEO Ayman Soliman told Al Arabiya<\/a>. The fund will invest in tech essential to high-growth sectors, manufacturing and sustainable development, Soliman said, without disclosing a target value for the fund or providing further details.<\/p>\n

The SFE is also planning to <\/strong>launch a fund targeted at the education industry<\/a><\/strong>:<\/strong> Soliman said last month that an education sub-fund would finance the construction of hundreds of schools across the country targeted at middle-class families.<\/p>\n
