The transaction was managed by Arabeya Online, Beltone Securities, Arab African International Securities, and Blom Egypt Securities. Target\u2019s direct and indirect shares in the company now amount to 17.6%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/be82ab4e-7907-4433-a99a-02a353d6057c\">in April<\/a><\/strong><strong> more than halved its direct stake in the company from 24.5% to 11%<\/strong>, selling 5.3 mn shares to individual investors Aly Abdel Latif Mahgoub and Abdel Latif Mahgoub for EGP 84 mn, before again raising its stake in the company through a number of transactions in the intervening months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other things we\u2019re keeping an eye on this morning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A EGP 650 mn aid package designed to support 5 mn families nationwide <\/strong><strong>was <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EgyptianCabinet\/posts\/217622037074891\">launched<\/a><\/strong> by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly in the new capital yesterday.<\/li>\n<li><strong>At least 12 people were killed and 30 injured when a bus overturned on the <\/strong><strong>Cairo-Suez desert road late on Saturday<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/middle-east-africa-business-egypt-b695f4b26491453208d4882ae00ccd3a\">the Associated Press<\/a> reports, citing the state-owned MENA agency.
