Interim president Mohamed Al Menfi\u2019s decision to suspend the minister, apparently for making unilateral foreign policy decisions, has been publicly rejected by Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, leaving El Mangoush\u2019s position unclear ahead of the international conference on Friday.
