Technical developments in production are changing the jobs market, while new skills like big data, robotics and artificial intelligence are now in demand, El Said said (watch, runtime: 3:56<\/a>). She\u2019s looking at ways the country can close the skills gap in the labor market, citing a January OECD report (pdf)<\/a>, which said that automation will put 14% of jobs at high risk.
