The decision was confirmed in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alamiria.com\/Sec\/TashTxt?id=2QMui0RByX0=\">the Official Gazette<\/a> on Thursday.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Banks are now running on reduced Ramadan hours:<\/strong> Banks across the country are now only open <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/2db5fb3f-2eda-4873-8db1-4982366bd6d0\">between 9:30am and 1:30pm<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shortened EGX trading hours:<\/strong> The trading day now runs <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/8b2f0f5f-3ab7-42a0-b98a-14e6e36c80c4\">10am and 1:30pm<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SO, WHEN DO WE EAT?<\/strong> Maghrib prayers are at 6:16pm CLT this evening, and you have until 4:21am to eat \/ hydrate \/ caffeinate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE BIG STORY TODAY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a id=\"tldr-story-01\" class=\"content-anchor\"><\/a> <strong>A consortium led by<\/strong><strong> little-known <\/strong><strong>Expedition Investments has submitted a<\/strong><strong> non-binding offer<\/strong> for a majority stake in food and dairy manufacturer Domty, the company announced in a <a href=\"https:\/\/ent.news\/2022\/4\/%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%85%D8%AA%D9%89-%D8%A8%D9%8A%D8%A7%D9%86-03-04-2022.pdf\">disclosure (pdf)<\/a> to the EGX. The consortium is looking to acquire up to 90% of Domty, preliminarily pricing its shares at EGP 5 apiece, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/ent.news\/2022\/4\/FRA-on-Domty.pdf\">a statement (pdf)<\/a> from the Financial Regulatory Authority to the bourse.
